We use several different courier companies for delivery of our online orders. Delivery days are from Monday – Friday. These courier companies do not deliver on the weekends, or public holidays.

When an an order is received, we aim to get it out with the courier the following delivery day for same day delivery. Although we are able to do this for most of our orders, we do sometimes have delays and are unable to get an order out the next day due to reasons such as: out-of stock items, delayed supplier deliveries, larger volume of orders, staff shortages etc. When these happen, we then aim to get the order out the following delivery day, so please allow 1-2 delivery day timeframe after your order is placed. If a delay is longer, we will contact you to let you know and will advise the soonest we can get it out.

When your order is out with the courier, you will receive an email to let you know. If you have not received an email, and it has been longer than 2x days, please give us a call on (03)389-8065 and we can chase up your order for you.

Please note, if your address is in a township and is further than Timaru and we are able to deliver to your address, this is an overnight delivery.

Delivery to all Christchurch, and surrounding areas including (but not limited to) across Sumner/ Lyttleton/ Governors Bay/ Diamond Harbour/ Prebbleton/ Rolleston/ Lincoln/ Leeston/ (down to Ashburton), and North Canterbury (up to Omihi/Waipara).

Please call us if you are unsure if we can deliver to your address, and we will confirm.

We currently are unable to deliver to rural addresses that are outside of townships that we can deliver to.

How much is delivery?

Orders are a $11 delivery fee per 15kg box.
Large orders requiring 2+ boxes will incur an extra delivery fee. We will contact you regarding this is.
